BETTER SLEEP STARTS WITH THE NOSE™

BREATHE MORE, SNORE LESS

Research shows the humble nose holds the key to a good night’s sleep.

The ability to breathe freely through the nose during sleep, rather than the mouth, is essential to optimising our sleep, as well as our long term health.

If congestion, blockages, a deviated septum, or simply narrow airways are affecting your ability to breathe freely, disrupting your sleep or contributing to snoring, then Mute may be right for you.

What You Need To Know About Mute

Mute is a stop-snoring product that fits snugly into the nose during sleep.

Most of us deal with snoring at some point in our lives… either in ourselves, or in the people we love. The honest truth, however, is that snoring can be detrimental to our lives. It can hurt our quality of sleep, and can certainly do a lot to minimize our ability to get sufficient, healthy rest.

How to use the Mute

Mute is a 'nasal dilator', because it seeks to correct the problem of snoring by widening-out the nasal passages during sleep.

How to use Mute Snoring device

  1. Insert the device. ‘hold the device by the bridge with the curved arms facing towards you.’ Keep the ribbed paddles facing away from you as you insert the device into your nostrils.
  2. Next, adjust. You bring it up to your nose, and make sure that the curved arms go in first, to make contact with the inside floor of your nose before you finish placing the rest of it.
  3. You breathe. You guide the device into your nasal passages to the point where it becomes comfortable. You might need to move it slightly around a bit to get it to fit right… but once in place, it should feel comfortable.

How Does The Mute Anti-Snoring Device Work?

Mute Therapy was designed with the ‘anatomy of the nose’ in mind. It dilates the nasal passages to make it easier to breathe through your nose. It also fights nasal congestion, both of which promote nasal breathing over mouth breathing.

How Mute nasal device works

In 2014, the Mute Therapy trial, showed 78% of users ended up being able to breathe better at night due to using the device. 75% of users were said to snore less, and 73% of partners reported a reduction in snoring severity.

Can There Be Any Side Effects?
